Will there be a problem mounting the pump higher than the sump?

Will there be a problem mounting the pump higher than the sump? I think im going with a Magfuel 4302 street pump...the only problem is so far the only place I can find to mount the pump is about 3" higher than the sump..is this gonna be a problem?
