Car dying off at WOT
Car dying off at WOT I've been having an issue with my car lately, and I don't know where to post it so I figured I'd start in this forum and see where it gets me.
First and foremost, about 90% of the time when I take the car to WOT in any gear, after 2500rpms or so the car feels like its losing a lot of power, for what reason I don't know. The car takes off, throws you in your seat, but then all of the sudden it feels like the car lost about 50% of its horsepower until you shift gears, but the same affect happens in the following gear. My foot is planted to the the floor and the car is revving higher in the RPM band but feels like it goes nowhere.
Secondly, from a dead stop, about half the time launching the car from 3K, I dump the clutch and the car jumps, bogs down & almost dies before it decides to take off...got no clue what that could be.
Finally, about 3 times in the past 10 days, I've gone to start the car, and the car starts idling at about 3-400RPMs for about 5 seconds before it just dies on me. I go to restart the car, and it goes right back to its normal idle like nothing is wrong.
