I know I have heard Bob @ EPP speak of alkycontrol before a few times. I don't know if he actually carries them, or if he was just commenting on the quality when they have installed them? But I do know you can get them directly from Julio @ alkycontrol.com And yes, the kit does come with the new tank to replace your washer fluid tank with.
If anyone is looking for a tank, I have a brand new windshield washer resevior tank (the same thing that you can get through Alky-control) I will sell for cheep.
(I ordered one through GM, and ended up getting 2 by mistake)

But they start out with a stock tank and add their couple of accessories, and ask a LOT more than I am asking for mine. It was just an offer for anyone who wanted to save some $.
