Default LS1 or LS2 style PP rails for my setup???

I am trying to put LS2 fuel injectors into a FAST intake on my LS1 car. I know that the LS2 injectors are shorter than LS1's and have different connectors. I want to use Professional Products fuel rails. Should I get the LS2 style rails or the LS1 style rails. Common sense tells me to try out the LS2 rails. Anyone ever tried this?

I have seen the kit that FAST sells. Since you have used it can you tell me if the little pieces that connect to the injector go on the top or the bottom. It seems like if they went on the bottom of the injector it would make it harder to squirt fuel into the motor.
