Default Car won't start, smells like it's flooded

So I tried starting my 94 Z28 today and it wouldn't start up and smelled like it was flooded. About five or ten minutes before I tried starting it I had the key turned on for a couple of minutes to see if the radio I had worked. So what I'm thinking is either the fuel pressure regulator or the injectors are bad and were leaking gas down into the intake. If someone could help me in figuring this out and what I need to do that would be great.

Also when I turn the key on it builds fuel pressure and then the gauge starts going back down.

Anyone?

Also I pulled the fuel rails with the injectors, and turned the key on and I didn't see any of them leaking. However the car will start now, but it still won't hold fuel pressure with the key turned on.

So could someone help me out with this so I can buy whatever I need to get it going right again

Was this the first start of the year? Is so, is the gas old? Mine flooded and fouled the plugs a couple years ago on the first start after winter. I had to pull the plugs and clean them, pull the fuel pump fuse and crank the engine to dry it out. I let it sit for an hour, replaced the plugs and it started.

Nope, brand new 93 octane. It is running fine now though.
