Starting turbo setup on ls1 rx7
I would like to use oem manifolds. I have fitted up a truck manifold on the drivers side and plan to run a crossover pipe under the crank pulley heading toward the passenger side . It looks as though I will have to grind one of the bolt mounts on the alternator to get it to fit properly.
Do you guys think I will be able use heatshields, heat wrap and/or coating to prevent the alternator from overheating?
