yeah, your lt1 wont knock .... those lt1's knock a little all the time anyway, with the race gas, youll know your at least getting 100% instead of 90%, just make sure to use the unleaded stuff, i like 104 personally
You also may end up losing some power. Keep in mind that 100 octane contains less energy than lower octanes like 93 or 91 of the same volume.
People that run high octane (ie. high compression motors, FI, N20) usually do so to increase their safety margin before detonation becomes an issue or to be able to squeeze more power out of their set-up by increasing timing and/or increasing boost.
