Any one use a boost-a-pump?

LPE and Kenne Bell sell these, and i have seen lots of Corvette's using them. Anyone here use one and any thoughts on it? I am sending back my Vortech inline, and will wait until the Racetronix in-tank unit comes out and will use the boost-a-pump till then, and with the Racetronix unit. Just wanted to hear from people who are using these and results.

I'm pretty sure that Colonal used one on his motor. I thought about it but it seemed kinda pricey to me.

you could just run a wire straight from the altinator. that would be a cheaper method and have similar results.

I used one with an ATI inline pump + the stock pump on my old camaro, it was the 30 amp model. I just left it cranked up all the way and ran it off a 2psi hobbs switch, worked as advertised. I was able to easily put my a/f at 10:1 with 42lb injectors ~470rwhp with no fuel pressure drop so there was a lot more left.. I dont think it will help you much with the stock pump though, and for what it cost may as well just leave the inline in.

Probably best to just wait and put good pump in the tank and be done with it though, I'm waiting for the racetronix thing as well so I can try some N2O..
