Angry car sputtering

I've done a tune up, changed spark plugs, plug wires, fuel filter and fuel pump. The car still sometimes fills like it is starving for fuel. I might have narrowed it down to some electrical system under the car because this problem only seems to happen when the car gets wet. As in when I washed my car a few weeks ago right after it happened and nothing until today I ran throw a puddle of water and it started to sputter for a minute then went back to normal. Something much be getting wet and shorting out then drying back up. Any ideas?

I would hookup an OBD-II code scanner and see if your throwing codes for starters.

Was this all the sudden? Did you do any new mods that may affect this?

It's a 98 Z28 M6. No recent mods last mod was ls6 intake about 5 months ago, but only has been happening recently for about 2 months. Had a local shop run it on their code software and no codes were popping up. Like I said only happens when it gets wet under the chassis. I'm going tom. to run some water under the car and see if it will occur again and freshen up the electrical tap on o2 sensors and other electrical connects to see if that will help.

it's your o2's getting wet.. My car was sputtering a while back due to one of my 02's went bad.. No problem since replacing. One day o2's got wet from a puddle and it was sputtering ugly and it drove like turd. Once it dries up you'll be okay.
