I don't know, I've never done it. If I were going to use the A1000, I would mount it external to the tank.

You should talk to Lonnie's Performance, they have a nice 'double pumper' fuel pump system that will support your power level and fit inside an F-Body tank.

Hmm that setup sounds pretty good. When I get some more free time today Ill have to search and see if anyones had good experiences. I was also thinking of email APS about their intank pump as it says it will flow over 1000rwhp with their rails. I dont know if they would sell that separate though.

I saw the other post similar to this one and wanted to clarify the injector sizing with a boost referenced fuel system. The sizing estimates above are for a non-boost reference fuel system. If you run a boost referenced fuel system, it changes the injector sizing to the following:

12 lbs. w/ boost referenced fuel system

18 lbs. w/ boost referenced fuel system

So, Lonnie is correct in stating the 60's would get you by but for only 12 lbs. of boost. If you are going to see 18 lbs. you will need the injectors recommended above.

Here's the same calculations for E85. You will need low impedance injectors and injector driver for this.

12 lbs. w/ boost referenced fuel system using E85:

18 lbs. w/ boost referenced fuel system using E85:

full power A/F under boost should be 11.5 not 12.5, that will skew the injector sizing slightly.
