Default 1000cc injectors with driver

Is Any Body Running 1000cc Injectors With Driver On The Street . We Are Tuning The Car With 110 Ron Race Fuel Should See 1000 Rwhp ,first Tune Was With 10 Rib Serpentine Belt .we Have Upgraded System To Gilmer Drive Made 940 Rwhp With 10 Rib Hoping 1000rwhp With 4l80e Trans. My Tuner Says That These Injectors With Driver Wont Be Good For The Street ,only For Dyno Max Hp ,he Said On The Street They Will Always Foul Up On Short Starts . Is Any Other Guy Using Them On The Street Let Me Know

I'm running 96 lb/hr injectors on the street with the stock computer and a driver box with no issues on my 01 TA. 900 rpm idle and 14.7 afr. The key is to setup the tune correctly.

I've tuned it with both 93 oct pump gas and E85.

If you are using a boost referenced regulator, set your base pressure real low. Like 25-35 psi. It makes the idle and low speed response much better.
