Default E-85 and operating temp

I plan on tuning the car in my sig for E-85 only. That being said, with E-85 cooling the intake charge, should we raise the water temp of the motor to help with thermal effeciency/power I already have a 160 thermostat for 93 octane maybe go back to 180 or stock. Thanks Art

Water temp should be very similar but I would go up to at least the 180 anyway as these motors run way more efficient at about 200*.
