fuel pump faqs hey, first of all, my fuel pump makes this hiss and i wanted to upgrade. i know i don't have much time and my question is: Can I install a higher output pump with a stock engine and fuel system? I will eventually upgrade da Z and thought that i could go "high performance" now instead of replacing it with OEM and then upgrade later.

I recommend a Racetronix Plug and Play Fuel Pump and Assembly. Its more pump then you will need while your still stock. But the system will adequetely fuel your car for 600+ horsepower down the road as you add mods.

id just put a walbro 340 intank in, they sell for $100-130. its not to hard of a swap

Re: fuel pump faqs Its available for 98's. The kit for 99 and up is coming out soon.
I prefer to spend the extra money due to the kit being a "no brainer" for install, plus it comes with a harness that wont allow voltage drops.
