When should you consider upgrading your fuel rails? Will the stock ones be ok for 450-500 rwhp?

You should be just fine...really, aftermarket fuel rails on these cars do two things:

1. Provide more plumbing options
2. Look good

Most people don't need them, unless you are running a pretty radical setup.
