I just have a few questions. Where did you get the fuel line plumbing from. Like the fuel line and the 90 degree angles and the block off plugs? Also are you using the stock fuel regulator right now? what kind of regulator are you going to be getting?

I have a question about that setup as well. What is the line that plugs into the side of the intake manifold that he has plugged off? Is it needed? Can I get rid of it?

Its for the evap line. Nast N8 recommends that you keep the evap line hooked up. I believe his is blocked and his tank is vented.

Ok since Im still tryin to understand these fuel systems, do ppl use that evap line as a return line when they mount a regulator at the rails, or do they run a whole new line?

My turner has twins and over 1k hp still running factory feed line and using the evap line as a return with no problems. Thats proof enough for me.

As was stated (sorry, I didn't realize people had questions about my pics), the blocked off inlet to the intake manifold (driver's side) used to be where the EVAP solenoid purged into the intake manifold. The EVAP solenoid is long gone, and all the codes have been deleted from the PCM.

Those pics were taken before I had the regulator and the rest of the braided lines needed to move the regulator from in the tank to up front. This is what it looks like now:

As you can tell, the crossover is now in the front, and the regulator outlet (bottom port) feeds back into what used to be the EVAP hard line (it is a 5/16" line). Once it gets to the back of the car, it runs from there through another braided line back to the top of the tank.

The tank is vented with a small rubber hose and a vent - not environmentally friendly, but it works.

I used my evap as the return. You have to block the T, reroute the lines at the tank and vent the tank. Atleast for my 98, can't speak for the 99 and up crowd.

I've seen someone weld an AN fitting on the end of their stock rails and use that as the return. The picture is around here somewhere...

Just get a Schrader to AN adapter and go from there. The rest will depend on the regulator you choose - my Fuelabs reg. takes -8 ORB fittings in the feed, and sends the fuel out through a -6 ORB back to the tank.
