Default Fuel pressure question

I'm trying to more accurately scale my injectors for the new motor so I figured I would read the fuel pressure at the rails with a gauge. I know 58 psi is consider the right fuel pressure, so that is how my injectors were scaled before. I just checked the fuel pressure at the rails: with the key ON but not running I'm seeing 52psi. With the car running at idle I'm seeing 64psi. Which measurement should I go with? Not running or running? Seems to me that the pressure should be 58 running... anyone?

thanks,

Ross

I think pressure @WOT is most important. Rig up several feet of hose with the gauge on the end and taped to your window (tape it very well), Do some pulls and check at wot under load. Or you can spend $$ and buy a fp guage and kit......

I havent tried this yet but it has been recommended to me.

58 psi running. If you cycle your ignition a few times, the key on, engine off will probably come up to the 64 psi you see while running.

doesn't sound like an issue...

Remember that injector control:

Offset vs voltage vs VAC is the table that 'handles' all those different changes.... because, you will always have them...
