fuel pressure drop?

fuel pressure drop? i have the racetronic's fuel pump and vette FPR
at the fuel rails pressure was around 60 psi but will drop when the car is off.
if it sits long enough it will go down 2 0 psi
and today after driving the car around a little i checked the pressure with the car still running and it was at 50 psi. shouldn't it be higher ?
anyone have any input
