What could be causing the slug?

What could be causing the slug? I'm sure some of you read about my little crash with the bending of the axle and what not. Since then I've replaced my rear axles with Mosers and switched to (5W-30) synthetic oil. I did the oil change while working on the rear end. Since then my "service engine soon" light has come on and car seems a little sluggish. Like maybe an airflow problem. Airflow checks out fine. The car is more sluggish when letting off the gas without pushing the clutch in. Kind of putting a little. Not like a clunker though. And the response from getting on it with hard throttle is not as it used to be. What do you think? Bad gears in tranny or rear end, sensor problem somewhere, air flow problem, or is the car just not liking the oil change?

Re: What could be causing the slug? Could there be a bad plug? I haven't had a lot of time to look but if you guys can help me narrow it down it would help out as far as the guessing crap.
