Need info on Fuel rail and regulators
I Have a 98 LS1 going into a 87 ss monte carlo. Can anyone tell me if new fuel rails on corvettes contain a fuel pressure regulator? I cant seem to find a definate answers. The motor is stock right now until i can get it going with out any ses codes. Then I'll probably modify it later.

Some 98's do and some don't. If there is a regulator you will have a second line being the return coming off of the driver's side of the fuel rail assembly.

Re: Need info on Fuel rail and regulators
I'm considering the vette return style rails on my LS1 RX-7. Anyone have a pic so I can see if it'll work for my application? Where are the inlet, outlet, and crossover?

it has a vac/boost port and will track 1:1 like it's suppose to. Non adjustable however, standard 4 BAR base pressure.
The TPIS one, I have it, tried it, it sucks
horrible adjustibility, and it doesn't track even close to 1:1 w/ boost.

crossover is in the same location as the single inlet rail. The return line on this rail is basically the same location as the feed on the single line rail. The feed on the returning rail is on the same side, about 3 inches in front of the return.
The regulator is in the same location as the damper on the single rail.

you can kind see where the 2 lines are in that pic, where the braided lines make the 90° bends toward the rail.
