Fuel System Layout ???'s
I have installed a 10 gallon sump style fuel cell in the rear of the car.
Feed
-10 from cell -to system 1 100 micron filter
-10 filter to-aeromotive eliminator pump
-10 feed from fuel pump-to bulkhead on firewall
-10 from bulkhead -to 10 micron weldon filter on firewall.
Return
-8 return from cell -to bulkhead on firewall.
-8 from bulkhead- to weldon regulator return port
Vent
-8 vent from cell- to bulkhead- to outside of car.
Regulator?
I am about to get the weldon 2040-281 but i am unsure if i need the one with the high pressure bypass or the low pressure bypass. (.200high or .281low). I assumed id need the 30-120psi .281 unit from research but id be greatly appreciative for any suggestions.
How do i configure the regulator if i get this weldon regulator? I initially planned to run the regulator right after the weldon filter on the firewall then run the feed from the regulator to the fuel rail. Then cross over from one rail to the other. My return would be right off the regulator returning to the cell via the -8 ....maaaan **** that ****, ill just draw you a picture ***** way too hard to explain..
here we go...im a van gogh with ms paint beware
By the way this started out a rusted out rx7 so everything had to be replaced anyhow, all the parts listed are what i have, so i am not looking to buy any parts. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
The car is currently cam/heads/boltons/150 shot wet, however i am building a twin turbo kit for it currently and a low compression 418 rotating assy. will go in when the turbo kit goes on this winter. So, keep that in mind with suggestions. na/nitrous for now, forced induction in future.
THANKS IN ADVANCE

You want the fuel to go into the regulator after it has gone through both fuel rails. So take the -10 to the back of a rail, through the rail, through a short crossover hose to the next rail, through that rail and then into the Weldon regulator and back to the cell.

would it not work in the last method i layed out?
I dont think i have all the room for that regulator on top of my manifold. Not to mention i already bought the black fittings and everything i need in these arrangements.
