Quick question: fuel filter tool, what size?
Quick question: fuel filter tool, what size? Hey guys, im changing my fuel filter for the first time and i need to know what size fuel filter tool to use. This is going to be done on an 01 z28. Any help is appriciated.
whats a fuel filter tool? one end of the filter just unclips by hand, the other end has a hex fitting you hold with a wrench (20mm i believe) while you loosen the fuel line with a 5/8 or 11/16 fitting wrench.

It is an ordinary flare nut wrench EXCEPT that its size 20mm which is difficult to find.
By now, you know that a regular open-end 20mm wrench works just fine as long as you are careful.
