My axles that came outta my stock rear have the Abs rings on the end of them (the gear like ring) the axles that came with my 12 bolt are smooth. no teeth. did they send me the wrong axles? Just FYI..i do have abs AND tcs.

I bought axles to replace the ones in my 10 bolt. The ABS rings just pressed off the stock ones and onto the new axles. You have to have them to a machine shop to have it done. Cost me $20.

 

ok....cool..just makin sure. did u backing plates also press on too?

 

Backing plates are bolted on. Good luck with the swap.
