Well I am an idiot. About the time I put the rear end in I put some QA1's on the rear. The bolts they supplied with the QA1's are too small and not big enough for the hole and were too short so I could not put enough washers in between the shock and shock mount.
So basically, whenever I decelled the rear end came up and rubbed the bottom of the shock. So it caused the vibration to go through my whole car. It had NOTHING to do with the rear end at all. Basically I am just an idiot.
There is still a little driveline vibration but I'm sure it can be taken care of by balancing the drive shaft.
