hello I have a question, I bought a 9" rearend for my T/A from Quick Performance the housing and axles came seperately, My axles came from Moser today and I unboxed them and noticed that they are not the same length, one is about 2 1/2 inches longer than the ther one. I have never owned a 9" so I dont know if this is normal or if there was a mistake?
they came with the bearings pressed on, I measured from the back of the wheel flange to the end of the shaft.

The longer axle will be for the passenger side.

How much did you pay for the rear and what all did you get? Spool, Tru-trac 31 Spline 35 spline etc.?

I paid 900 for the housing and axles shipped, I then paid 900 shipped for a moser nodular center with 3.70 gears and a detroit locker. I got the center section from a member on this site, has under 1000k miles on it.
