Rear End Question, What Size?

Rear End Question, What Size? I have a 2004 Suburban, I need to know what size the diff. is (8.5, 8.625, 10.5, 11.5) (10 bolt), so I can buy a new rear end cover. RPO codes shows it has a 3.73(GT4), it has another code that says the rear end is driver lockable, but that is it.
