Default Whine from 0-15 MPH

So... to keep a long story short, tail shaft on transmission ripped off, put new tail, it also damaged the exhaust and dented the driveshaft. So i got new driveshaft and taking the car to a exhaust shop to have them weld a new pipe, but the problem is I hear a whine

From 0-15 mph its a whine she has 3.73 gears in her v6 camaro, didnt whine before. Is it the pinion? axles? dont want to take cover off if i dont have to, what can I check? It goes away when going over 15 mph, thanks all !

Might've somehow damaged the pinion and/or bearings. Also, is the driveshaft balanced? An unbalanced driveshaft will make noises also.
