Default quick torsen question
which way does the paddle go in? i lost track after i pulled it out. when installed in the car does the slot point down or up?

not really sure exactly what your talking about when u say slot. ive only had mine apart once and what i do know is the paddle has a bolt hole and the hole needs to line up with the retainer bolt

theres 2 ways it can go in idk if its upside down or not. theres a slot that looks like fluid is supposed to go through and i cant tell if it points up or down. it will fit either way

man, i dont know then. i need to research this too then and make sure i re-installed mine the right way. ill let u know if i find anything

I always mark them and put them back according to the marks.
If I did lose track of it I would put it facing so it scoops oil up.
I don't really think it matters.

the slotted curve goes downward. with the wider ungrooved side at the top.
