Default gears

hello folks i got this guy on another forum sellin some new gears that are 3:73 but doesnt have the part number .. all he gave me was this info

DANA
32072
41 11
VIL580
4

would these fit my 94 z28 lt1? i would appreciate it if any one could help

41 divided by 11 equals 3.72727272

They are 3.73.


But other than that..not sure if they fit your rearend.

How much is he asking for them? Brand? And about how many miles on them (can you ask him)
Oh, and is your car a A4 or M6?

Yeah 3.73 will be a good gear for your A4. If they are new and at a good price then go for it. They will wake the car up quite a bit.

What current gear ratio are you running? 2.73 OR 3.23"s? If you are unsure you can always call a GM dealership and give them your VIN # and they can tell you.

im running 3;23s from what my friend told me....

When I search for dana 32072 "Ring & Pinion" it only lists Jeep parts. And I'm pretty sure Dana didn't make anything for our 10 bolts.

So I'm going to go with No, they won't fit.

"Dana" are rearends used in Chrysler products, and usually start @ 8.6 or 8.8" ring gears, our rear end gears are 7.5 or 7.6.
