Will this work?
Will this work? I have a set of GM motive 3.42's from a 3rd Gen T/A I used to own. They have approx 1500 miles on them are in great shape. I'm wondering if they will work in my 2000 Z28? It has ASR & ABS - does that even matter? It's currently has 2.73's, so I already know I'll need a 3 series carrier.
Also - what are my options for correcting the speedometer error? With my older car, I was able to swap the plastic gears in the transmission. I see SLP makes some sort of black box for correcting the speedometer error - does it work? Has anyone ever had any mishaps as a result of using it? TIA
