A4 LT1 - 3.73 or 4.10?
So far I've got the stock rear end for a 1994 firebird formula (10 bolt and 3.23) I believe.
And I was wondering what would be the best? to change to 3.73 or 4.10?
Also I read on one thread that a stall converter is a good investment but I'm not exactly sure how this works. My interpretation was that (for example) if I got a 3000 rpm stall converter, the car wouldn't move until 3000 rpm. Wouldn't that make really difficult to drive around town?
Thank you for any and all input.

Goals aren't too ambitious, this is basically my second car, but my first for performance. I'm not looking to go too crazy with it, pretty much just some intake stuff, exhaust and drivetrain and suspension, as I don't really know a whole lot about motors and figure I'll leave that 'till I get something with a little more room to work in.
