Default 9" driveshaft questions

Does the driveshaft need to be longer/shorter with the 9" rearends and will my UMI torque arm bolt right up to the 9"? I have been told if you have adjustable lca's the stock driveshaft will work?? Thanks

The driveshaft should be one inch longer, although a lot of people get by with the stock length. You could move the rear slightly forward since you have adjustable lower control arms. I have heard mixed reviews on the UMI torque arm fitting, maybe someone else will chime in here. We normally use either the BMR torque arms or the Moser torque arm. Bob

I have a UMI trans-mounted adjustable torque arm that I'm running with my Moser 9-inch. No major fitment issues, but I did have to shorten the top and bottom rod ends in order to shorten it by about 1/4".
