broke 12 bolt moser Well I broke the ear on the bottom of the housing. The forward most bottom bolt hole where the torque arm bolts to the housing. Any body did ths before? Any how, I just e-mailed moser, so I will be waiting to see what they have to say. So far the best Idea I had for fixing the housing ear (short of buying a new rear) would be to stick a sleave through what is left of the bolt hole, weld it up, and re-tap. This would leave me using a smaller bolt though and the sleave would have to be welded very precise (90 degrees) to the ear. I'll post some pics later. Any ideas would be appriciated.

Good luck with Moser, They wont do much for you.
But It sounds like your idea would do the trick, Just be carful, and make sure the other bolts are tight, Ive seen them back out on the moser's, mine did even with lock tight!!

BMR Adj one, Not an extream duty, just the reg BMR.
I believe it also had somthing to do with the powder coating, so if you have one, i would grind the coating off where the bolts go threw.
My buddy B-Man had the same prob, but we didnt catch it, he snapped the tq arm, broke his drive shaft, and ruind his night.

Verdad Gallardo I found with Moser that when the bolt's are tight,put a tack weld on them so they won't back out.Then if you ever have to remove it just grind the welds off.That is the only thing I found that really works with Moser's crappy design.
