whistles ????
whistles ???? crazy noise comming from the car after a gear swap.
new bearings, spool, and gear, same case.
car never made this noise before.
sounds like an alternator is going out, or i have a small blower on the car while cruising down the street.
seems to do it around 50mph and higher.
my thoughts are a bearing, but ive never heard a bearing sound like this.
usually more of a pitched whine. this is intermitant, but does it constantly.
its kinda weird.
any opinions?

it does not get louder, it just shows up around 50mph.
its a strange one, thats for sure.
