Diff Rebuild

Hi All,

Just picked my car up from the shop. Was hoping someone else would have better luck finding the noise in the back end. I checked the usual stuff, hangers, shocks, etc could not find anything. Shop said the diff needs to be rebuilt. Just wanted to check and make sure that made sense to you guys.

I do hear the banging and such but seems way to loud to be the diff... any thoughts..

when does it happen? changing gears, going over bumps???

Hard to tell.. Seems like I notice it more going over bump but also the occansional gear change...
