Default Worn Torsen help

Hey all big fan of the site, Have a newbie question... Im in the process of going from a 2.73 to a 3.73 gear 2series carrier (GU2) and the planetary gears took a crap in the torsen unit. Im looking for a replacement lsd, Does Eaton or Auburn make one for a 2series ring and pinion? Thanks

do you have the gears already? bc if not you could just order them for a 3 series and get a replacement 3 series LSD. A bunch of guys i know have beat the living **** out of torsens and they have all held up.

why not just get a 3 series to replace it? that seems like it would be easiest

yea I already have the ring and pinion, forgot to mention that. My mechanic was in the process of changing them along with the bearings and seals, the rearend was making noise and I thought it was just the bearing, but turned out to be that and the planetary gears inside the torsen unit. I think i found one that will work from JawsGear 7 1/2" & 7 5/8", 10 bolt, 3.08 & Down, 28 Spline Auburn Pro Series Positraction
