Default how to know what carrier i have

my door option sticker is faded and i cant make out anything i can i find out what gear ratio or carrier i have without taking it out

the stage (or whatever you call it) 2 carrier i think only has one abs sensor on the top of the rear end so if you look in back of your backing plate (behind the wheel studs and axle) you should not see any wires or sensor just solid metal.

or you know you got 273s and 2 carrier if your going about 2000rpm at 75

I thought they used to put a metal tag on one of the bolts on the rear end. Had numbers on it to determine gears, etc. Excuse me if I'm wrong, I havn't dealt with a stock rear in a while. There are also calculators out there on the web where you can type in transmission gear ratio and rpm at certain speeds to figure out your rear end ratio.
