Default Swapping 9" in next Saturday and need info on speedo

Won't be able to get it corrected for the 3.70's that day unless someone can help me

So my question is can I disconnect the speedo or something to get me through until Monday when I can get it corrected? Will I hurt anything or the car act crazy?

the only thing I can say is, Don't wear one while you install it. LAWL.

Honestly though, the only things that will likely happen are:

1. Your speedometer will be off
2. Your ABS and/or BRAKE lights will be on
3. Your ABS will be inop if #2 is present.
4. No damage will be incurred on your part.

No Speedos here LOL

So just unplug from tranny? I kind of hate losing my actual mileage but know if I leave it connected it will rack up quick driving around. Shame I can't find something to do the correction while there. Wonder if I could have the correction done pre-swap? Go up to Fran's and get it changed.
