i went to the track last night in my dads silver camaro... he is running a mickey thompson 315 drag radial that is i beleive 25inches tall.

the car is raping way to high around 6800. what gear do you guys reccommend running? i dont want to run a gear that will hurt my times, hopefully i can gain because it feels like im not pulling up top. i also got some wheel hop on the pass so it should easily get in the 1.5's on my slicks and a little bit of suspension

So your hitting the traps in 4th at 6800? I would just go with a slightly taller tire...26 probably maybe a 27 if you have to, but the 26" tall should get you around 6200 at the traps.

i have 4.10 gears and to lower my trap rpm i changed from 26in m/t dr,s to 28in m/t dr,s.
