Thanks for the sales plug, but I have developed my own cromoly Fabricated rear end housing. Of course it has not been made avalible to the public and I do not have any bolt in options for it either at this time. My intent was to show what a pile The moser housing was... Not that I have any thing against Moser just that I think that there particular design is poorly constructed in my opinion.

No problem I was at a race and they had that display there. This is when I was designing and building my own set up. I have seen the alston FAB 9 but this was new and I could not find any pictures to see how well or porely they were built. so Far I think I am one of the only ones who has actuly stuck my head in and looked at it... dont wory though I pulled my head out to take the picture so every one could see... LOL

Again I have nothing against them Personaly, I Just dont think the quality is there... Just my opinion though...

great info.
opinions always accepted here... good, bad, otherwise.

i have use several fabricated housings in my years of building cars/chassis. there are several of them out there, several ways of building them. the best ones i have seen are the Chassisworks Fab9, and the Mittler Bros. tube fab/stealth housings. there were some type of issue with all of them, one feature or another that prompted me to invest the money to do my own. and not that any of them are bad, or weak, but its a cost vs quality/design thing.

Not trying to steal your thunder or any one else's as you seem to have thought your through. originally I just wanted to do it for me then some guys with mustangs hit me up and they want me to do a bolt in... I have not been working lately and I have not gotten back to it since but I should... I am looking into buying a water jet and starting my own company... will see... Primarly water jet stuff and small fab on the side...
