Default 9" vs. S60

What are the pros and cons of each? Im undecided of what I want.

That is a good idea to perform an internet search.

I am considering a Strange S60 since it uses less power than a 9" from everything I've read and researched.

Can you get traction control and abs with the 9"?

yes you can get tcs and abs on a 9". The S60 is very heavy. 9" might be cheaper and more readily available.

Went Strange Dana 60 in my car. Don't much care about weight. It fit well . It was set up for 3 channel abs and was pretty much plug and play. I did have to buy shorter driveshaft got one from strange.Don't seem to have any whining problems on accel but do seem to have a bit of decel noise.

I also swapped on a better rear support cover.Oh and heard Strange can take a long time to make the rearends but mine was ready within a week or two.

Get a Midwest chasis 9" and never look back


I had an S60, you are limited on gear size, It REALLY heavy. My S60 I had like 10 passes on and maybe 200 street miles if even that, twisted an axle on 17" street tires.....


MWC fab 9" is the best bang for the buck out there......
