i had this same exacte problem. Everything i have is adjustible, is ures? I found out that the panhard bar should be the last thing you put in or it preloads your suspension. I do mine in this order and it always comes out fine now.
1st- torque arm mounted
2nd- jack the rearend into place and bolt in the lower control arms
3rd- put springs in and load the suspension and at this point it should all be even
I even went as far as putting the car back on the ground and bounce the rear of the car to "settle" the suspension then with the car on the ground install the panhard bar to center the rear. When i do it this way it comes out perfect everytime
