Clunking noise from rear end?

Clunking noise from rear end? My car has been doing this for a while and I'm just wondering if this is a sign that I'll have to soon make an order with MWC.
Between 40-55mph only when the car is in 4th lockup and I'm off the throttle on flat ground, not downhill, the rear makes a clunky jerking noise, like there is too much gear play, that I can only hear with the radio off. That is the only time my 10 bolt is making noise, no howling or anything. Thanks.
