Default Gears Look a little rough!

Ok so i pulled the cover off my rear end to swap it because i noticed a leak when i did if found this. I am planing on rebuilding my 10 bolt but where can i find the parts to fix this.

Torsen on the verge of destruction.
Since Torsens can be dissassembled,the parts are replaceable,but I don't think anyone's gonna wanna sell you internal parts from a Torsen as then their Torsen becomes valueless.
Of bigger concern are all those broken bits mixed in the fluid(those that haven't been captured by the magnet)and going thru the gears and bearings.

Wel i have no clue when it comes to rear ends so what parts do i need to get or any recommend what i should do. I AM KEEPING THE STOCK 10 BOLT.

When I rebuilt my 10 bolt last year I bought a new brand new torsen off a member here. Not sure where he got it though.

So can i just rebuild the stock Torsen or should i upgrade it to something else.

you don't rebuild a torsen,you replace it.you rebuild the rearend with a new/used/different torsen.
