Default Help ,e build my center section....

I have a moser 9inch with 31 spline axles and am trying to put together a center section. I know I want 430 gears and a detroit locker, but am trying to decide on things like the case, yoke support (??), and the the other odds and ends... And then trying to find the best deal possible on it all.

Keys to the build:
- Strong (going to beat on it at the track)
- daily drivable
- Light as possible
- economical as possible

How much horsepower are you going to put to it?

Well.....in my personal opinion, given the option of future HP, I would go with a nodular case, true trac, aluminum pinion support and a billet pinion yoke. That should tide you over until you decide how wild you really want to go. You may never even need to upgrade that setup. Now how cool would that be to just build it once? Get with one of the Sponsors here and I'm sure they will hook you up and do you right.

Thanks for the input... I don't want the true trac though, I've heard to much about them not holding under a M6... I'm willing to put up with the noisier locker for the added strength..

In that case, I'm not sure who makes this locker but try not to buy one of these units.
