Default Is it possible to "tune" out ABC/TCS??

My 10b is toast, my 9" is hopefully within 2 weeks

However, I am currently running a 4 channel axle. and I don't want to sound cheap but if I don't have to spend the 200$ to keep the tcs then I dont want to.

I called quick performance to discuss other quesitons, and the salesman informed me I could have it "tuned out" and thus keep the lights off?

Any input??
