Running 35 spline axles in a 9"...Big ends needed? I'm working on piecing together a 9" and have located a center section for 35 spline axles. To run these axles, do you have to run the ford "big ends" on the axles?
If so, can the stock brakes be retained?
I would like to run the 35 spline axles so I can upgrade to a Wavetrac down the road if I absolutely hate the spool. Is there really much power loss between running 31 splines and 33?
