Default modifying a 'torsen' paddle-pics

took a 3series torsen with Richmond 3series 4.10s'

pic shows insertion interference

marked the paddle where the interference starts and took it to the grinding wheel. ground, test, more grinding, test, more grinding till it was able to slip in

finished and able to go in showing side view of amount of material needed to be removed

4.56s' would require more material removal because of its' smaller diameter pinion which results in 'taller' teeth on the ring gear

Default

It keeps the axle shafts positioned outward so the c clips don't fall off.
