Default does syntheic oil help to quiet rear gears ??

A few months ago ,I had a 3.73 gear installed in my car . the install was great and the gear noise was very minimal. Now the rear noise about the same even after a few passes at the track.

I was wondering by using syntheic oil like, Mobil 1 75w-140 with the GM additive will help quiet down the rear a little more ?

If you had the gears put into a 10 bolt, probably won't help. The problem is this rear is so weak that it sort of rearranges itself. Oil cannot help a design deficiency.
