Default ZR2 rearend in a 2 wheel drive?

I have a factory zr2 rearend i want to swap in my 2002 s10 2x4 ls2 project and my question is will i have proper offset if i was to pick up some c6 corvette wheels? I like these rearends because of their strenght, gears and a locker but i'm a little worried the rear tires might stick out too far. I know this has to of been tried before.

The zr2 is wider than the normal S10s, but with the right offset you could correct that I imagine.

The ZR2 are about 3in wider and i think in 98-99 they came with rear disc brakes instead of drums and all ZR2 also came with 3.73's

The zr2 rear end is wider because its from the full size truck.
