Default Which fluid to put in my rear end 1998 trans am

I have a 1998 TA and changing the diff cover to a aluminum one for looks pretty much! According to the owners manual it says limited slip uses synthetic non uses dyno oil. How do I know which one mine has? Just want to make sure I get the right stuff in there. thanks

If its a trans am it has a limited slip. Any synthetic fluid will be fine.
